Recording King began as a house brand in the 1930’s making acoustic guitars and banjos. Since then they have upheld the standards of the “golden age” of musical craftsmanship, working to create instruments that can be passed down through generations. Recording King strives to maintain their historic legacy with the same handcrafted, vintage designs that caught the eye of legendary guitarist John Fahey. They now offer a wide array of guitars, banjos, and wood/metal body resonators.
