- Shop In-Store – Our store is fully open to in-person shopping.
- Shop Online – Free Shipping in Canada on orders over $199 (sale items and oversized items excluded).
- Repair Department is fully open – We will get your instrument playing its best. Give us a call when you arrive in our parking lot and we will come out and take your repair from you.
- Online Music Lessons – Our private lessons are back open to in-store lessons however, we still offer lessons online.

The store is now open. We are doing sales, repairs and rentals. Lessons are not yet open.
We have implemented some changes in order to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.
- All staff and customers are required to wear a mask at all times inside the store. If you don’t have one, we will provide you with one
- If you are unable to wear a mask, or your child is unable to wear a mask, we are happy to offer alternative ways of shopping. These are immediate curbside shopping, online shopping with curbside pickup and online shopping with shipping
- Hand sanitizer must be used before entering the store
- We ask that you practice social distancing of 6 feet
- We have increased our sanitization throughout the store
- We have installed plexiglass shields at our counters
- We are limiting the number of people in the store at a time
- Our hours are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday 11 am to 5 pm

- Contactless Curb Side Pickup – Choose Pick-Up-In-Store at checkout when shopping online. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Come to the store, give us a call and we will bring your order out. Curb Side Pickup is available Monday to Saturday 11 am to 6 pm.
- Contactless Curb Side Shopping – Let us shop for you. Come to the store, give us a call and tell us what you need. We will bring your order out to our outside checkout, along with our debit/credit machine. Monday to Saturday 11 am to 6 pm.
- Shop by Appointment – A one-on-one experience with us to help you choose the perfect instrument. Appointments are after the store closes at 6 pm.
- Free Shipping in Canada on orders over $199 (sale items and over sized items excluded).
- Online Music Lessons – Our private lessons have moved online. Please contact us if you would like to have lessons from the comfort of your home.
