We offer instruction for the following instruments: Guitar, Piano, Banjo, Bass, Drums, Mandolin, Clarinet, Saxophone, Flute, Trombone, Trumpet, French Horn, Vocal, and Violin.

1. Once per week private ½ hour lesson.

2. Scheduled weekly appointment – same time every week.

3. We offer music lessons in our Newmarket School - Mon through Friday - 2 pm to 9 pm, Saturday 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

We offer music lessons in our Aurora School - Mon through Friday - 2 pm to 9 pm and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.

Please note: Aurora Summer Hours: We are closed on Fridays for the months of July and August.

4. There is no contract nor commitment period. You can take lessons for as long as you like or cancel your weekly sessions with notice. (see cancellation policy)

All instruments $23 – ½ hour private lesson

Vocal Lessons $26 – ½ hour private lesson

We offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies of all York Region music schools.

1. One week notice if you would like to skip your lesson. This works best for family vacations and school trips; events that are planned in advance.

2. 24 hours notice "and" a rescheduled make-up lesson within the week. This works best for those last minute events or situations. If your regularly scheduled lesson is Monday evening, let us know sometime before Sunday and we can reschedule for another evening.

3. If we don’t receive either of these notice periods, we simply charge for the complete missed lesson as we’ve committed the lesson time to the Teacher.

4. If a student is ill, please let us know as soon as possible and we will glady reschedule the lesson for another day and time.  If the lesson is not rescheduled within a month, we charge for the lesson.  Most customers are able to reschedule the lesson within a week or two in addition to the regular scheduled lesson.  We encourage a weekly lesson wherever possible for optimal learning.

Statutory Holidays – we are closed on all statutory holidays.

We are interested in creating a love of music that lasts a lifetime. We offer a variety of teaching methods tailored to suit an individual students requirements. If a student is interested, we are capable of assisting a them through the RCM examinations process, however that is not our standard method of teaching.

We enjoy providing progressive teaching methods combined with ensuring basic theory and reading skills are introduced. In fact, we find that most students who truly love music want to progress into theory and reading as a matter of enhancing their overall knowledge and abilities. Private lessons truly accommodate these needs. Our students have lots of fun while they are learning!
