Eric Johnson once admired David Spann's playing in his first cover story in Guitar Player Magazine back in 1986.

David played on CD projects, jingles, product manufactures and internet dealer websites.  He and his band’s music are also featured on the Vox Tonelab and Tonelab SE demonstration audio CD.

David also works (a job) for the exclusive American distributor of Marshall and Vox amplifiers; Korg USA. He keeps very busy traveling the country (USA) and occasionally overseas as a guitar product specialist / demonstrator and digital recording presenter. A co-worker at Korg nicknamed David; “The Texas Twister” which is starting to stick.

David Answered questions, demonstrated VOX amps, pedals and wowed the audience with his fantastic guitar playing! We'd like to thanks Erickson Music and VOX for a great night of guitar.
